How it works

  1. Someone finds your pet

Your lost dog or cat ends up with a kind stranger — a neighbour, a passer-by, or a shelter worker.

  2. They tap their phone — no app

An NFC tap or QR scan opens the profile right in the phone's browser. No install, no login — it works on any smartphone.

  3. They see the full health card and contact

Name, photo, allergies, medications, chronic conditions and an emergency contact — exactly what you choose to share. The rest of the data stays private.

Trust & safety

A microchip only identifies an animal at a vet or a shelter — with a scanner. A pacjent.vet ID tag lets any finder read it instantly on their phone and see the full health card: allergies, medications, chronic conditions and the owner's contact. It can save a life in the first minutes.

Frequently asked questions

  • How much do pacjent.vet ID tags cost?
The PDF printable is free — you download and print it yourself. NFC stickers start at 49 zł, the aluminium tag from 89 zł, and the flagship steel NFC tag with one year of Premium is 199 zł / year. Final pricing will be confirmed when sales open in Q3 2026.
  • When do NFC sales start?
The first batch ships in Q3 2026, once we've validated the supplier. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment it goes live. In the meantime you can grab the free PDF printable and use it today.
  • Does whoever finds my dog need an app?
No. Tapping the NFC tag opens the public health card straight in their phone browser — no install, no sign-in. The QR works the same way. The card shows exactly what the owner chose to share.
  • How is pacjent.vet different from Woofly and Psi Dowód?
Full health card (allergies, vaccinations, emergency contact), EU Pet Passport on scan (Q2 2026), and vet sign-off on content (coming soon). See the full comparison here.
  • What exactly does someone see when they scan the tag?
Exactly what you've ticked in your public-sharing settings. By default: name, photo, emergency contact, allergies. Full medical data (weight, medications, visit history) stays hidden until you grant access to a trusted person or a vet.
