How do the AI assistant limits work?
The AI assistant is available on every plan, but the number of document analyses, chat messages and voice notes renews each month. Higher plans have higher limits.
What happens to my data when I change plans?
Your data and documents are safe regardless of plan. If you move to a lower plan you keep access to saved documents, and the new limits apply from the next billing period.
Is the free plan enough?
For one pet and basic care — yes. The free plan includes a pet profile, appointment booking and the clinic search.
